Why we are asking. The Anderson Homeless Task Force is gathering input to plan a more coordinated and compassionate response to homelessness. Your answers help decide what to build and fund first.
Your contact details. We ask for your name and a way to reach you so we can follow up if you would like, and to avoid counting the same person twice. Your contact details are stored separately from your answers and can only be seen by a small number of authorized Task Force staff. We will never sell them or use them for marketing.
How answers are shared. Results are reported in summary form (for example, “40% chose transportation”). Reports do not include names or contact details. Written comments may be quoted without your name.
What not to share. Please do not include Social Security numbers, medical diagnoses, exact places where someone sleeps, or other people’s names or private details.
Your choice. Taking part is voluntary. You can stop at any time before submitting, and nothing is saved until you press Submit. Taking part — or not — will not affect any services you receive.
